Ballet I (7-9 years)

Thursdays 4:00-5:00

Creative Movement (3 + 4 years)

Tuesdays 4:00-5:00

Ballet II (10-12 years)

Thursdays 5:00-6:00

Dress Code

Our dress code reflects that of classical ballet.

Students may wear:

• Leotard

• Ballet Skirt

• Tights (nude, light pink, or white)

• Light pink leather ballet slippers (no canvas, please!)

• Hair pulled back + out of face

Other options include Academy Sports, Dove Dancewear, Dance Canvas, Stand Out Dancewear, + Time to Shine Dancewear

Closed Classroom Policy

Due to limited room space and in order to promote focus + independence, parents will be asked to wait in the lobby during weekly instruction. (There may be some exceptions granted for Creative Movement or students who need extra attention!) There is a door that parents may watch through, as well as a couple windows.

Recitals

Grace + Light Ballet Co. hosts semi-annual recitals in the spring + Christmas season to celebrate the progress + dedication of our dancers.

Participation in the recital includes:

• Costume

• Dress Rehearsal

• Professional Stage Venue

• Recital Performance

• Digital professional photos of your performer + the group

A recital fee will be assessed well in advance and communicated to parents. Recital participation is highly encouraged, as it is a meaningful part of the training experience.
